What’s on my Plate | #10
Welcome to the What’s on My Plate I-still-eat-ice-cream edition.
I have always, and forever will be an ice cream lover. It’s a weakness I can’t help but indulge. Thank goodness there are lower calorie, great tasting options available. Listed below are four of my favorite ice cream bars and their corresponding Weight Watcher points (clockwise from top center).

Weight Watchers Cookies and Creme Bar
3 points
The Cookies and Creme is my all-time favorite. It’s covered in dark chocolate and has a fudgy swirl running through cookie speckled ice cream. What more could I ask for at the end of the day?

Weight Watchers Salted Carmel Bar
3 points
Have you ever had a Snickers ice cream bar? Yes they are divine – but completely off limits at this point. The Weight Watchers Salted Carmel Bar is INCREDIBLY similar, minus of course the calories and nuts. For those of you who don’t need to worry about being peanut-free, Weight Watchers also makes one WITH the nuts for an extra point. Those also, are amazing.

Yasso Raspberry Chocolate Bar
3 points
It’s taken me a little while to get on the Greek yogurt bandwagon, mostly because I’m not a fan of the regular plain yogurt, but these Raspberry Chocolate bars are pretty awesome. I can’t taste the difference anymore from the regular WW ice cream, and the fruity chocolate is a wonderful pairing.

Weight Watchers English Toffee
3 points
I’ve always been a sucker for Heath candy bars, and the English Toffee ice cream really hits the sweet spot. Bonus, the chocolate runs all the way to the stick :).
