Nunchuck Tournament

What you Need

• 12 purple balloons
• Curling ribbon
• Tape
• Scissors
• 1 set of Foam Nunchucks per child

Set-Up
Draw Foot Soldier faces on 10 of the purple balloons. Draw a Shredder face on two of the balloons. Hang two rows of six balloons at varying heights from the ceiling (5 Foot Soldiers followed by 1 Shredder).

How to Play the Game
Dividing children into teams, instruct children to hit the Foot Soldier and Shredder balloons with their foam nunchucks, one child per team at a time, two teams side-by-side. The first team to have every child run the nunchuck obstacle course advances to the next round. The fastest team left at the conclusion of the tournament wins.

Pizza Box Relay Race

What you Need

• 2 Pizza boxes (if guests are old enough to balance a box on their head)
• 10-12 pizza boxes (if you would prefer to to run the relay with stacked boxes)

How to Play the Game
Dividing children into teams, instruct children to complete a relay race by walking/running with a pizza box on their head, or by carrying a stack of 5-6 pizza boxes across a length of floor and back. The first team of children to successfully complete the relay wins. Relay may be conducted as a round-robin tournament.

Pizza Box Hot Potato

What you Need

• Pizza Box
• Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Theme song

How to Play the Game
Instruct the children to sit in a circle and pass the pizza box child-to-child until the music stops. The child holding the box is “out.” Play continues until one child is left and crowned the winner.

Pizza Box Musical Chairs

What you Need

• One less pizza box than the number of your guests
• Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Theme song

How to Play the Game
Arrange the pizza boxes on the ground in two touching rows. Instruct the children to walk around the boxes to the Ninja Turtle Music. When the music is stopped, the children must find a seat on one of the pizza boxes. The child left without a seat is “out.” Play continues until one child is left and crowned the winner.

Foot Soldier – Foot Soldier – Shredder

How to Play the Game
Variant of Duck-Duck-Goose. Instruct the children to sit in the circle. Begin with the birthday child and instruct them to walk around the outside of the circle touching heads and saying “Foot Soldier” for each child until they are ready to select a “Shredder.” Once selected, “Shredder” chases the birthday child around the circle back to their original seat. If the birthday child succeeds in reaching the “Shredder’s” seat, the “Shredder” becomes the new picker. If the “Shredder” catches the birthday child, the birthday child sits in the middle of the circle until the next “Shredder” is caught.
