Happy 5th Birthday Elijah

You’ve been praying for snow since the beginning of December, and baby it SNOWED for your birthday – so much that you stayed home from preschool and Daddy stayed home from work and we were able to celebrate together all day.

We’ve been pretty sick the last couple of weeks (which is why I’m a few days late getting this up) but you and I were both well on your birthday. We played your new Lego City game all day long, only taking breaks for pizza and cupcakes. I’m sure when you’re older, it’ll be hard for you to remember, but baby I will never forget this snowy day and my Elijah all to myself for a very special birthday.

I’m so glad I’m the one who gets to be your Mommy.
