DIY Ninja Turtle Balloons [with FREE eye printables]

DIY Ninja Turtle Balloons (with FREE eye printables)

What you Need

  • Green balloons
  • Blue, red, orange, & purple streamers
  • Green curling ribbon
  • Clear tape
  • Printable download for turtle eyes (below)
  • Black Sharpie marker
  • Scissors

DIY Ninja Turtle Balloons

How to make them

  1. Download FREE Ninja Turtle Printable Eyes below, and cut out two per balloon.
  2. Blow balloons up part-way and tie at the end.
  3. With the balloon tie facing top, tape colored streamer around the top third of the balloon.
  4. Tape eyes to streamer.
  5. Draw turtle smirk with black sharpie.
  6. Hang clusters of balloons from the ceiling at varying height with the green curling ribbon.
