Overview
Come to the Table is a full-length Good Friday presentation for a core dramatic ensemble of 3 – 8 actors. It considers the invitation of Jesus to three different tables in Scripture through narration, spoken word, Scripture reading and song.
Synopsis
Jesus’ sacrifice made the way for anyone who calls on Him – the broken, the outcast, the sinner and the saint – to be reconciled in right relationship with the Father. Jesus welcomed those who doubted, denied and even betrayed Him to sit at His table, demonstrating great love to those who respond to His call. That same invitation extends to us today.
