2012 family photo shoot | a {day} with lil mama stuart

A few weekends ago we met Mindy downtown at the Museum campus for a family photo session.  Despite drizzles before and after our shoot, we enjoyed beautiful blue skies, unseasonably warm weather, and an incredible afternoon in our favorite city.

I LOVE this shot because if you had been watching us, you would have thought it impossible to capture anything of value with two squirmy boys standing on a stone ledge. But you’re not Mindy.
Brothers Matching Outfits Footballs
Mindy is a momma to a fabulous little girl, but she also knows how to relate to rough-and-tumble boys. There were squeals of delight when she pulled these footballs out of her magic photographer’s bag.
This might be my favorite picture of the entire session. Can you believe it was one of the last ones Mindy took? And the boys still look clean. And I’m still standing in those heels! Ha!
